Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material for Brand Name Or Equal Covidien Force Fx-C Generator and accessories to include delivery as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION WITH ATTACHMENT 1 OF THE SOLICITATION COMPLETED. VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR CAGE CODE SO THE GOVERNMENT CAN REVIEW PAST PERFORMANCE.
