- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Georgia City: Athens Delineated Area: Clarke County, GA.: EAST-North on Barnett Shoals Rd; Northeast on Oconee St/Oak St.; North on Wilkerson St./Willow St. NORTH-West on N. Ave./E. Dougherty St./Prince Ave.; South on N. Milledge Ave; West on W. Broad St./Hwy. 78 to Paul Brown Pkwy. WEST-South on Paul Brown Pkwy/GA10 SOUTH-East on Paul Brown Pkwy.;South on S. Milledge Ave.; Southwest on Whitehall/Simonton Bridge; South on Norton Rd; East onto Barnett Shoal Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,735 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,735 Space Type: Office/Warehouse/Lab Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 22: 14 surface parking spaces per local code, plus an additional 8 surface parking spaces on-street or in private parking lots within ½ mile of leased location Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Leased space will need to accommodate boats, boat trailers, and other large vehicles. These items must be in secured area. Warehouse/storage must be no more than ½ mile from rest of leased facility and be fully-enclosed. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. GSA will not award a lease in the floodplain unless there is no viable alternative available. However, if a perspective lessor offers a property in the floodplain and if GSA does not have any practicable alternative and has a need to award a lease in the floodplain, the offeror would need to submit a mitigation plan to minimize damage due to flooding.
