Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a 'Brand Name or Equal' commercial contract for Power Lab 4/35 Pro Analysis system with LabChart Pro and components for Saint Louis, MO. VAMC Research Department as a Small Business' Set Aside' requirement for the Saint Louis MO. VAMC. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 21 January 2014. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ may submit a request by e-mail.
