Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to execute Bilateral Modification 0008 to SBAHQ-08-C-0025, which will extend this contract an additional six months (through 07/31/2014). This modification will not change the terms and conditions of the existing contract, will be at no cost to either party, and will not change the pricing schedule for this contract. The contractor is compensated solely with non-appropriated funds. Contract SBAHQ-08-C-0025 was competed and awarded to Colson Services Corp. (DUNS No. 808618735). This modification will allow the continuation of the evaluation and award procedures for Solicitation SBAHQ-13-R-0002, the re-compete for this work, which is known as "The Fiscal Transfer Agent (FTA) for the Secondary Market for the SBA 7(a) Guaranteed Loan Program."
