West on Route 32 to Route 29. North on Route 29 to the intersection of Route 175. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,745 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,032 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per local code Parking Spaces (Surface): -- Parking Spaces (Structured): -- Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: -- Additional Requirements: 1) Offered space must be contiguous 2) Space located above the 1 st floor must be served by at least two elevators. 3) Space cannot be twice as wide as long unless waived by the Government. 4) Column perimeters shall be at least 20’ from any wall and from each other and shall be no more than 2’ square. 5) Adequate visitor parking must be available on site or within 2 blocks of the building. 6) Regularly scheduled public transportation must be available with transit stops within 2 blocks of the proposed space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Parking Ratio 3) Legal description 4) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 5) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 6) Rentable Square Feet Offered 7) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
