- RECOVERY Recovery Act funding is being used for this action. The Social Security Administration (SSA) is providing this notice for information purposes only. SSA is supporting the Enterprise Disk Storage Infrastructure and Services and intends to procure new hardware, software and associated maintenance for SSA's support of the National Support Center (NSC). The migration of information including upgrading the virtual tape systems at the Second Support Center (SSC) to facilitate replicating the workload to NSC. This opportunity is available only to EMC Corporation under the use of Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Fixed Price contract vehicle
