Description

1. On page 34 - it states that quote mark email offers and offers submitted through ASFI are acceptable, limited 10 pages. quote mark However, it is requested that Volume II, III, and IV must have an original and a copy. Will you consider a PDF file as an original or do you require an original to be mailed to you? Answer: original copy mailed 2. Which Volumes are limited to 10 pages? Answer: The entire proposal documents minus the solicitation 3. On page 34 - it is requested that quote mark a copy of the Solicitation with quote mark original signatures quote mark be submitted. Are you requesting that the offeror resubmit all 76 pages of the solicitation or will signature pages be acceptable? Also - should we put the quote mark signature quote mark on page 1, 2, 34 and 35 or would our own designed title/signature page be acceptable. Answer: a. signature shall be annotated on page one along with vendor name b. vendor name should be place on pages 1- 3 c. POCs should be annotated on 34-35 4. On page 35 - Subfactor 1B requests a Procedures Manual are you asking for our procedure for preforming the tasks listed on page 13 quote mark Specific Task or Requirements quote mark or do you require our procedures for all tasks we have performed (some that are not listed on page 13). Answer: A procedure manual to execute optical fabrication services in either the private or government sector. If vendors' manual entails tasks that are on the requirement, it is up to their discretion to include the information.
