Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUEST FOR QUOTE: This RFQ is 100% Set aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). Request for Quote. Solicitation number 10449090 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for Quote is due by 20 JANUARY 2014 12:00am (Pacific Time). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722320. This RFQ is for three breakfast meals, and two dinner meals. Meals will be based off the 21 day WAARNG Menu,(attached). Meals are to be prepared at Yakima Training Center, Government Furnished Equipment available at no additional cost. Vendor will be responsible for the purchase of Class 1, preparation, serving of Class 1, cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and dining area, providing all paper products,(Plates, bowls, cups and flatware). The Breakfast meals to be served at 0600-0700 on the 7-9th of February 2014. The headcount is 105 for the 7th, and 461 for the 8-9th. Menus for these meals are #B01 and #B02, and #B03. The Dinner meals to be served at 1700-1830 on the 7-8th of February. The Headcount for both meals is 461. Menus for these meals are #D08, D #10. Location of this event is Yakima Training Center, DFAC TBD. All meals times are estimates.
