This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Attachment - Combined Synopsis/solicitation. The period of performance is April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015. Option Year 1 may be April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, and Option Year 2 may be April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017.
