- Functional and Performance Specifications R6200 - Refrigerator, U/C, LAB QUALITY Colorado Springs Clinic GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS The Contractor will provide all tools, labor and materials for fabrication/ manufacturing and delivery of the following Laboratory Equipment Items in this document. Coordination to be conducted between VA rep, Anisa Jones and Vendor. 3.GUARANTEE a.The equipment supplier shall guarantee all material and workmanship of equipment provided under the contract for a period of two (2) years Any defects due to use of improper materials or workmanship occurring within that time shall be promptly rectified by the equipment supplier at his own expense upon notification by the Owner or Architect. VENDOR SHALL SUBMIT SPECIFICATIONS, CUT SHEETS, PLANS AND/OR DRAWINGS FOR EACH LINE ITEM LISTED ABOVE.
