This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide the TES monitoring on ranges where prescribed burning is performed at Grafenwoehr Training Area (GTA). Prescribed burning of ranges is performed to maintain the line of sight to the targets.
