- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, has a requirement for flame resistant clothing rental services and cleaning program at Grand Coulee Power Office (GCPO), Grand Coulee, WA. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 812332, Industrial Cleaners, and the small business size standard is $35.5 million in average annual receipts. The purpose of this requirement is to provide fire resistant clothing for employees of the United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation). The clothing is required for operations and electrical employees who routinely work in the proximity of high voltage electrical equipment at hydro-electric facilities. The Contractor will provide the issuance of new flame resistant garments; name taping preparation; care and maintenance of the garments, including weekly cleaning, inspection, minor repairs; weekly pick-up and delivery to designated sites; and Contractor replacement. The contractor shall provide pick-up, delivery, and cleaning of Government-owned lab coats and coveralls. Additionally, the contractor shall provide rental of rubber mats including pick-up, delivery, and cleaning. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price contract. The period of performance shall be for one year beginning approximately 45 days after the award of the contract with four option years. This requirement will be purchased under Subpart 13.5Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. These services will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13 and 15, simplified acquisition procedures apply. Any award will be based on the best value to the Government. This requirement is NOT SET-ASIDE. We will evaluate proposals based on evaluation factors listed in the solicitation. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY the end of January 2014.
