Description

Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price construction contract for infrastructure work required for the future installation of patient lifts at various locations at the VA Palo Alto Medical Facility located at 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA. 94304. The method of procurement shall be an Invitation For Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14 and 36. Issue date will be on or about 10 January 2014. Bid due date will be on or about 13 February 2014. Statement Of Work, Specifications and Drawings will be issued as attachments to the Solicitation. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), set aside under Public Law 109-461. In addition, bids shall only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders. The NAICS code is 238990, with business size standard at $14.0M IAW VAAR 836.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of construction for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
