- Wage Determination 05-2215 (Rev.-15) Floor Plan Statement of Work Request No: D-4-D7-2D-SE-C08 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13.1 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will NOT be issued. The closing date for price proposals is 5:00 pm CT on Monday, January 20, 2014. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561622. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a proposal. Preference will be given to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HubZone small businesses. The Department of Labor's Wage Determination 05-2215 (Rev.-15) is applicable to this service. The Internal Revenue Service requires the following items meet the specification described in the following: All work should be coordinated with all trade and shop drawings, wiring diagrams, etc. All electrical, wiring, cabling, and conduit installed will need to be labeled. The Physical Security and Emergency Preparedness (PSEP) Specialist, prior to proceeding with the installation shall approve all work. Refer to the specifications for more detailed information concerning the government requirements. The contractor shall verify existing conditions prior to proceeding with cutting, drilling, or altering of existing structure and shall be responsible for, and replace at his expense, any damage he might incur. The contractor will program all equipment and locks, and provide operational manuals and training to PSEP. The contractor must warranty all work for a period of one year from the date of installation. Interview Rooms 1. Install (6) Schlage AD-200 Door Locks. Chassis - Cylindrical, Lever - Sparta, Finish - 626 Satin Chrome (Doors 1- 6) Keyed Alike And To Site Master With (2) Keys Per Lock. 2. Install (3) Schlage B680 Deadbolt Door Locks. Color - Satin Chrome (Doors 1 - 3) Thumb Turn Should Be On Hall Side Of Door. TAS Waiting 3. Install (2) Schlage AD-200 Door Locks. Chassis - Cylindrical, Lever - Sparta, Finish - 626 Satin Chrome (Doors 7 & 8) Keyed Alike And To Site Master With (2) Keys Per Lock. Criminal Investigation 4. Install (1) Schlage AD-200 Door Locks. Chassis - Cylindrical, Lever - Sparta, Finish - 626 Satin Chrome (Door 9) Keyed Individually Off Master With (2) Keys. Keypad Should Be Located Within Interview Room.
