- Amendment 7 for Domestic Abuse Victim's Advocates Domestic Abuse Victim's Advocates Previous Questions and Answers Domestic Abuse Victim's Advocates Performance Work Statement Domestic Abuse Victim's Advocates Wage Determinations The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that DAVA are performed at CONUS Air Force Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in a manner that will maintain accreditation in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall accomplish all service tasks identified in the PWS, in order to meet the requirements and the Service Summary (SS). These documents will be provided at time of solicitation. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. This solicitation is set-aside for 8(a) small business. The North American Industry Classification System is 624190. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8322 and the small business size standard is $10M. The period of performance will be a twelve (12) month base plus a four (4) month option period. The approximate performance start date is 28 FEBRUARY 2014. The total contract period will not exceed twenty two (22) months. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR Part 15. P APER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE MAILED. Be sure to check the solicitation after issuance to verify the correct proposal response date. All amendments will be posted on the FBO website as well the date and time for the pre-proposal site visit. If interested in this solicitation, all 8(a) companies can request a copy of the solicitation as soon as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the section 8(a) program. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. All questions are due by 4:00 p.m. CDT on the 17th of January. There is no separate section L or section M, however, clause 52.212-2 states that the award will be lowest price, technically acceptable per the performance work statement.
