- This commercial acquisition is for full elevator maintenance and repair for Naval Support Activity Monterey and Fleet Numerical Oceanographic Meteorological Center (FNMOC), Monterey, California. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide elevator maintenance services, repairs and inspections on geared/gearless or hydraulic passenger, freight, and wheelchair lifts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement a nd related attachments constitute the only solicitation; proposals are being requested a nd a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N62473-14-R-2805, Request for Proposal, is for a firm fixed priced service contract for highly technical services to provide Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) / Elevator maintenance and repair. The solicitation document incorporates provisions a nd clauses through FAC 2005-71 effective 25Nov13. This action is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 811310, size standard $7M and is open for participation by all small business firms with specialized experience and qualifications required by this solicitation. The requirement is written in the NAVFAC standard performance based service contract format. There are five Contract Line Items Numbers ( CLIN ), a 12 month base period, a nd four separate one year option periods that may be exercised at the Government's discretion. CLINS are 0001 base period, 1001 1st option period, a nd 2001 2 nd option period, 3001 3 rd option period, 4001 4 th option period. Each period consists of 12 months of preventive and repair maintenance and service for the VTE located at the Naval Support Activity Monterey, CA. and tenant locations in Monterey, CA. Provision 52,212-1 Instruction to Offerors -Commercial applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212, Evaluation Commercial Items applies to this acquisition a nd can be fou nd in the attached document. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations a nd Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms a nd Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms a nd Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition a nd can be fou nd in the attached document. All other applicable provisions a nd clauses are also included in the attached document a nd are applicable to this acquisition. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide elevator maintenance services, repairs and inspections on geared/gearless or hydraulic passenger, freight, and wheelchair lifts.
