- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support is soliciting proposals for the supply of Injectable Flu Vaccine for the 2014-2015 flu season. Approximately 2.79 million doses are included in this requirement. (Quantities may increase or decrease pending receipt of final Service requirements.) The vaccines shall be in the following presentations: multi-dose vials and prefilled syringes. The vaccine shall be FDA-approved for the following age categories: for immunizing individuals 18 years and older; for immunizing individuals 9 years and older; and for immunizing individuals 3 years and older. Also, 10-pack prefilled syringes for immunizing individuals 6 months to 35 months (pediatric group). The formula for the 2014-2015 season shall be determined by the FDA's Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee. Other specification data is included in the solicitation. Successful contractor must have FDA approval. National Stock Numbers shall be established at time of award. An indefinite quantity contract is proposed. The quantities indicated are annual estimates only. The guaranteed minimum will be 75% of the annual estimate, and a contract maximum will be established at 150% of the annual estimate. All quantities shall be delivered to the Defense Depot New Cumberland PA. The contractor shall deliver 70% of the requirement by August 31, 2014, and the balance by September 2014. This delivery schedule is the preferred delivery schedule. Other delivery schedules will be considered.
