Description

Annual Preventative Maintenance Service with Phone Support to Customer Service, plus Four Option Years, to cover the maintenance and repairs of four (4) VITEK 2 Compact 60 systems with 2 PC computers (PMO). The U. S Food & Drug Administration, Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services is requesting quotes to provide an Annual Preventative Maintenance Service with Phone Support to Customer Service for four (4) VITEK 2 Compact 60 systems with 2 PC computers (PMO). A maintenance contract is required to ensure that all instruments function properly. This requirement is only for the annual preventative maintenance visit to perform the inspection and maintenance including replacement of any required parts, accessories, or software updates to keep the instruments up-to-date per manufacturer's requirements. In addition, phone support through the instrumentation customer service shall be required for hands on troubleshooting when the need arises. This Solicitation amends/cancels Solicitation FDASOL1129115. Please see attachment and respond as requested.
