Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Project #675-13-x22, Titled "Modification to Phlebotomy Station, Daytona OPC" located at Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Daytona OPC, 551 National Health Care Drive Daytona Beach, FL 32114 to relocate existing cabinets to allow for wall mounted monitors, installing a new 110 volt outlet on the outside of the room to power a new number display, and installing a new counter top and desk for new workstations.. The project range is less than $25,000. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 238350 Finish Carpentry Contractors and the Small Business Size Standard is $14M. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Only. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ESA South Inc, an SDVOSB concern. This SDVOSB Company is listed in the VetBiz registry and is CVE Verified.
