- The Naval Special Warfare Command, Contracting Department, Virginia Beach VA, 23459-3324 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract under Set Aside 100% for Brand Name or Equal for Z Machine DT-100 System, based on the below minimum specifications: •• PC review software •• Patient Cable •• Wall Charger •• 4GB microSD Card Reader •• Molded Travel Case •• Monitors that measure EEC (brain waves) •• Annual full service license 12 months •• PC Review •• Softwave Updates •• Expedited Technical Support •• Annual Refurbish •• Verification of Calibration The Z Machine requirement will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Delivery is FOB Destination to the Naval Special Warfare Command, Group -2, 1300 Helicopter Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23459. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 423450 The size standard is no more than 100 employees. A complete Request for Proposal package will be available for downloading at the FBO website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 09 January 2014. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
