Description

Solicitation for Quote on Lodging Requirement - LCCOP14Q0008 This requirement shall be to provide 5 nights of hotel lodging (30 rooms for 30 individuals) for the Library of Congress WIPO Conference Attendees from April 27, 2014 through May 2, 2014. Lodging specifications are listed in sections B, C, and F of the attached solicitation LCCOP14Q0008. Interested parties should be within a.5 mile radius of the Library of Congress located at 101 Independence Ave SE Washington DC 20540, or if located over.5 mile radius interested parties should be able to provide Hotel Shuttle Service for the Conference Attendees to and from the Library of Congress/Hotel. Minimum Requirements: -Each room must have a Queen Bed -Each room must have a safe capable of holding a lap top computer -Each room must have in - room kitchen facilities equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven -Each hotel must provide accommodations for blind/and or physically handicapped; if braille way finding is not readily available, a hotel representative should be on hand to escort an individual to/from their room if needed/ or requested. ***PLEASE COMPLETE PAGES 1, and 3 OF THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION AND RETURN VIA INSTRUCTIONS ON PAGE 10 SECTION L OF THE SOLICITATION**
