- Wage Determination Appendix C Safety Specifications Appendix A Equipment Listing Performance Work Statement (PWS) Combined synopsis/solicitation Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to GE Inspection Technologies LP, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, excluding consumables, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment, clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection, lifting equipment and any other incidentals necessary to perform the Zeiss Service Agreement to include one (1) annual Preventive Maintenance and unlimited Remedial Maintenance and Software Support on the ZEISS EVO 60 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and ZEISS SUPRA 55 Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). Additionally, the Zeiss Service Agreement shall include Emitter replacement on the ZEISS SUPRA 55 when required. The equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 23 March 2014 - 22 March 2015 The proposed first option POP is: 23 March 2015 - 22 March 2016 The proposed second option POP is: 23 March 2016 - 22 March 2017 The proposed third option POP is: 23 March 2017 - 22 March 2018 The proposed fourth option POP is: 23 March 2018 - 22 March 2019 The estimated award date is 14 February 2014. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $19M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal.
