Description
MAB-II Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (J&A) The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotaite on a sole source basis with Sigma Assessment Systems, Inc. located at 511 Fort Street, Ste 435, Port Huron, MI 48060, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304-(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. USASOC's requirement is the purchase a variety of Multi-dimensional Aptitude Battery-II (MAB-II) products to include: MAB-II Windows Coupons, (PN: MABW810), Qty 16,500 MAB-II Verbal Answer Sheets (PN: MAB816V), Qty 148 MAB-II Performance Answer Sheets (PN: MAB816P), Qty 168 MAB-II Booklets - Perf (25/pkg) (PN MAB803P), Qty 6 MAB-II Booklets - Verbal (25/pkg) (PN: MAB803V), Qty 6 The MAB is a world class assessment of aptitude and intelligence that is currently being used within the Special Operations Command. The materials being requested are additional publications needed to continue the success of the MAB program. This notice is not a request for offers. Any other responsible source capable of meeting the requriement may submit technical, delivery, and pricing data in order to determine capability. However, the determination to compete or to not compete this requirement rests solely with the Government. To be considered, all required documentation must be submitted NLT 27 Jan 14, 1500 EST. Only electronic submissions will be accepted and no extensions will be granted. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. Interested vendors may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications to Ms. Sandra Bramble at sandra.g.bramble@soc.mil.
