- NSN 5342-01-141-7118, 41N CH 53 Aircraft, PR 51536183, P/N: 593002-204; this is a Critical Application (CI) item. It is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. Configuration control applies. This item is sole source to Parker Hannifin Corporation. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Parker Hannifin CAGE 59211, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package, (SAR). The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages for evaluation for future procurements to: Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 300 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 1,586 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against Parker Hannifin's current BOA. The letter solicitation will be issued on 16 January 2014 and will close on 18 February 2014. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
