Description

The unrestricted, Other than Full and Open, solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000019373 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). NSN: 6150-01-583-2497, WIRING HARNESS, BRANCHED, "Approved Sources," DCX-CHOL ENTERPRISES, INC. (CAGE 27456) P/N A5040108000-001 and ASES, LLC DBA ARINC AEROSPACE (CAGE 6KCS9) P/N A5040108000-001". THIS ITEM HAS TECHNICAL DATA SOME OR ALL OF WHICH IS SUBJECT TO EXPORT-CONTROL REGULATIONS. DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services." Configuration Control/Export Control apply. Required delivery is 176. This NSN is not a critical application or commercial item. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 78 each. The Guaranteed Minimum value will be determined in accordance with the following formula: 10% of the aggregate extended dollar value of the Estimated Demand Quantity (EDQ) for the NSN (base period only). There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 06 Jan 2013. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. An Excel spreadsheet for pricing will be provided with the solicitation. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil).
