- RFP GSC-QF0B-14-32723 Amendment 003 Attachment 001 GSC-QF0B-14-32723 Amendment 003 RFP GSC -QF0B-14-32723 is amended as follows: The purpose of this solicitation Amendment 003 is to: (1) Extend the deadline for the submission of proposals; (2) Amend B. Contract Clauses, 2) Addenda to 52.212-4, Addendum 2.0: Schedule of Supplies and Services, 2.1 through 2.5 ; and (3) Provide an amended RFP document. RFP # GSC -QF0B-14-32723 is amended as follows: 1. The deadline for the submission of proposals is hereby extended to Friday January 10, 2014 at 11:00am EST 2. B. Contract Clauses, 2) Addenda to 52.212-4, Addendum 2.0: Schedule of Supplies and Services, 2.1through 2.5 are amended as shown on page 2. 3. An amended RFP document is provided as an attachment with vertical bars in the right-hand margin annotating changes made. The attached SF-30 solicitation amendment document must be reviewed by offerors and returned with all proposals submitted by the new deadline.
