- Amended Solicitation Hill AFB is seeking to contract for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for High Speed Mover Trailers. The anticipated contract period will be for 3 years. Each trailer shall meet the specifications listed below: Minimum Specifications for High Speed Mover Trailers •- ~6'X40' CUSTOM UTILITY TRAILER (SEE ATTACHED DIAGRAM FOR SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS) •- NO COUPLER (CUSTOMER WILL PROVIDE COUPLER AND DRILL HOLE IN SQUARE TUBING TO ACCOMMODATE IT) •- A TWO SPEED JACK-DROP SWING LEG 12,000 lb. INSTALL AS SHOWN (SEE ATTACHED DIAGRAM) •- 6,000, 4" DROP AXLE WITH 8 LUG IDLER HUB AND EYE TO EYE LEAF SPRINGS (NO BRAKES) •- 235/80R16 10 PLY TIRES MOUNTED ON 16" 8 LUG WHITE MOD WHEELS •- STEEL GRATING (.250 THICKNESS) RUNNERS •- GREY PRIMER COATING, 1 COAT •- TRAILER IS BUILT WITHOUT LIGHTS, BRAKES, FENDER, REFLECTORS OR SAFETY CHAIN •- HOLD ALL DIMENSIONS GIVEN (SEE ATTACHED DIAGRAM). ALL OTHER DIMENSIONS AND WELDS WILL BE DETERMINED BY MANUFACTURE •- THE ATTACHED DIAGRAM SHOWS A GENERAL DESIGN. THE CUSTOMER IS RELYING ON THE MANUFACTURE TO DETERMINE A BEST PRACTICES TO BUILD
