Mountain Cove Parking Lease Scope Require Additional parking to support the mission on the Boise VA Medical Campus. 1.Looking for bare land or improved parking lot adjacent to the Boise VA Medical Campus. The VA Medical Center will be responsible for all maintenance and security of the leased land. This includes maintenance/repairs to the gravel parking area and the landscaping. 2.The area of search and inquiry is North Boundary - Elephant Rock Loop Road extended; West Boundary - Collins Road extended; South Boundary -Garrison Road extended; East Boundary - Mountain Cove Road extended
