- SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-14-R-1320; NSN 6645-00-255-1369; PR: 1000018360; ITEM: Meter, Time Totalizing; IAW Mil Specification Mil-DTL-7793/5B Revision B dated 10/19/2012 part piece number M7793/5-002. QPL applies. FOB is at Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. Required delivery is 118 days ADO. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This NSN is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on a Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ), which is 216 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 54 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is January 08, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
