- NSN: 4010-01-224-3226, Wire Rope Assembly. One approved source listed as Holland Equipment Co (59393) P/N: 7227408-10. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin, FOB at Destination. Requested delivery is in 118 Days. Ship-to locations in the Continental US. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Critical application item, Higher Level Inspection required at the manufacturing facility (ISO9000), Measurement/Test Equipment required. Surge and Sustainment does not apply to this procurement. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 one-year options. Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 20 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 5 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 5 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 10 EA, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 155 EA. The estimated solicitation open date is 1/7/2014. The Reverse Auction provision will be included in the soliclitation. In the event that a Reverse Auction takes place, it will occur on the Procurex website, which can be accessed at: http://dla.procurexinc.com. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal.
