Description

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6 this is a Notice of Intent for Limiting Sources, not a Request for Quote. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotes will not be requested. See attached for Limited Source Justification and Authority. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) intends to negotiate and award on a noncompetitive basis to Planmatics Inc., for annual maintenance and renewal fee for Care Ware software. To date our market research indicates Planmatics is the only company able to provide this service. This will be a task order under FSS contract. If a firm believes it can meet the requirements of this notice, it may request a copy of the Request for Quote from Jared Cariker at 918-577-3616 or via email at Jared.Cariker@va.gov. The proposal must be completed and returned to Jared Cariker, Contracting Officer, by 31 December 2013 by 10:00AM local time. Proposal can be submitted via email (preferred) to Jared Cariker or via mail to Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, Attn: Jared Cariker 90C, 1011 Honor Heights Dr, Muskogee, OK 74401-1318.
