Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LN-14-T-0006 is issued as a Request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This requirement is NOT a small business set-aside. Vermont Army National Guard's Communications Branch has a requirement for a vendor to provide commercial monthly flat rate telephone service for 33 landlines and one PRI line at various locations in Vermont. Plan must include unlimited local and in-state long distance, unlimited nationwide calling, caller ID, three way calling and voice mail. Existing phone numbers must stay the same. Period of performance is for one year and, if exercised, one option year. A written copy of the RFQ is available via email request to stuart.sellears.mil@mail.mil or 802 338-3994.
