DHCAPE ANALYTICS **PLEASE SEE DOCUMENT FOR FULL RFI INFORMATION** This request for capabilities is for planning purposes only. This is not a pre-solicitation or solicitation announcement and no contract will be awarded from this Notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Notice. The Defense Health Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (DHCAPE) Directorate under the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is interested in determining the availability of potential small businesses that have the capabilities to provide services to assist DHCAPE in its major mission areas: Measures Development; Performance Reviews; Business Case Analysis; Analytic Support for Health System Resource Rebalancing and Reallocation; Analytic Support for Purchasing Health Care; and Program Management and Ad-Hoc Studies.
