- Sources Sought: This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a Sources Sought announcement in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 812320, Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated), with a size standard of $5,000,000.00. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum intends to procure Laundry Services located at Fort Drum, NY under a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Some of the duties include: Provide all plant, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, resources, and management necessary to provide laundry services on Fort Drum in New York. The major functional areas included in the work to be performed under this performance work statement (PWS) are operation of the central pick-up and distribution point (including direct exchange operations), pick-up and delivery of laundry, laundry service, and contingency linen operations. Responses shall include the following: -Small Business status under NAICS Code 812320 -DUNS Number -CAGE Code -Proof of registration in System for Award Management (SAM) -Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last three years and the company's capability to do this type of work If interested submit information no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 03 January 2014 via email to Rosalind Shoemaker, Contract Specialist, Rosalind.m.shoemaker.civ@mail.mil, with a subject of Fort Drum Laundry Requirements.
