- End Item Application: 12M, 17M, 18M, 19M, 1DM, MINE RESISTANT VEHICLE (MRAP) PR#0050734453, This solicitation will contain one NSN 5995-01-559-5190. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 793 each (CLIN 0001 477 eACH, CLIN 0002 316 Each. This is a 1Q item. The approved sources of supply are DCX-Chol Enterprises Cage 27456, P/N DCX-12041-7130-A2, Harris Corporation Cage 14304, P/N 12041-7130-A2, Ellibit Systems LTD. (S0123) P/N 00089502N. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a not a critical application item nor a critical safety item. Quantity variance is zero. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV, Export Control does not apply. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance (PPIRS, Past Performance Information Retrieval System), and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.. The solicitation issue date is on or about January 6, 2014. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex System and review the tutorials at: dla.procurexinc.com and review how to participate in an auction. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil or https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
