- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY! Solicitation W911SA-14-T-0002 wil be posted on or near 16 January 2014 on www.fbo.gov. Telephone, written, or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-14-T-0002 for Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide lodging, conference space, audio visual and additional support items within two miles of the Chicago O'Hare airport (Rosemont), IL. Period of performance is 18-20 July 2014. Hotel must be located within two miles of the Chicago O'Hare airport.
