- W15P7T-14-R-E001 Pre-Solicitation Questions (Q) and Answers (A) Q5. Good morning Roberta, Referencing synopsis W15P7T-14-R-E001, our records show no updates as of late. Can you tell me if it has been issued as a formal RFP, canceled, or awarded already? Thank you in advance for your response[.] A5. The Government has not issued the related Request for Proposal (RFP). When the RFP is issued, it will be announced. All interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from this Q&A. Q6. Greetings Ms. Baldwin, Has there been any updates or added information to SOLICITATION NUMBER W15P7T-14-R-E001 since the most recent added synopsis? We are currently anticipating that the RFP will be issued in December 2013. Can you confirm this? Thank you in advance. A6. Please refer to Question #5. Q7......I had a few questions about the above solicitation #: [W15P7T14RE001] [1.] The original solicitation stated that it was to be a small business set aside. With the changed solicitation I do not see that it has a set aside. Will this opportunity remain a small business set aside? A7. Yes, this requirement still remains as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Q8. [2.] Are you or anyone on the team for the solicitation considering life cycle cost or cost of ongoing maintenance & reliability as part of your evaluation criteria? A8. The evaluation factors shall be disclosed when the related solicitation is released. Q9. Has there been any announc[e]ment on the tactical power supplies. The last announcement i could find was in Oct? A9. The last announcement for this requirement pertaining to Tactical Power Supplies was posted to FedBizOpps on 28 October 2013.
