- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit for the lease of Demineralized Water Trailers with option periods in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility detachment North Island Naval Air Station, San Diego, CA in accordance with solicitation specifications. This will be for a firm fixed price contract with period of performance from 1 April 2014 through 31 March 2015, with four one-year option periods. This acquisition will be negotiated on an unrestricted basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about January 17, 2014 with proposals due by February 18, 2014. A Firm-Fixed Price, Services type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
