MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE 17Dec13 Facilities and Equipment to Maintain, APPENDIX 1 and 2 DRAFT SVC PWS SSN Dorm Cameras 2013 DRAFT Proposed Pricing Schedule Dorm Cameras 17 Dec 13 This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal and is not considered a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform maintenance with inspections and repairs of surveillance camera systems for dormitories in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). The place of performance is the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Ramstein Air Base and Kaiserslautern- Kapaun Air Station, in Germany. The anticipated period of performance is 01 April 2014 through 31 March 2015, with the yearly option to extend the performance through 31 March 2019. Interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed above. In addition, interested sources are requested to review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Maintenance with Inspection and Repair of Surveillance Camera Systems for Dormitories in the KMC and Proposed Pricing Schedule and provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with attached Market Research Questionnaire.
