Description

Sole Source Justification Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Procurement and Grants Office (PGO). This is a notice of the Government's intent to use other than full and open competition to solicit, negotiate and award a contract for the Operations and Maintenance of the Tudor Center to the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC). The Indian Health Services owns the Tudor Center and has transferred complete facilities management of the Tudor Center to the ANTHC through the Indian Self-Determination Act. This notice of intent is NOT a solicitation, request for competitive proposal or request for quote. However, all capability statements received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will be accepted via email ONLY to Ms. Amy Feemster at afeemster@cdc.gov no later 10:00 AM EST on 1/3/2013. No telephonic request will be honored.
