- SAQMMA12R0135 COMMINGLING & TRASH REMOVAL SERVICES and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This acquisition is 100% competitive set aside for small business concerns. The associated National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562111. RFP: SAQMMA12R0135 ***THIS IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE **** The solicitation number is SAQMMA12R0135 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This acquisition is 100% competitive set aside for small business concerns. The associated National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562111. All interested offerors should review the below requirements and submit a proposal in accordance with section 52.212-1 as stated below. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Performance-Based contracting, as defined in FAR 37.101 and means structuring all aspects of an acquisition around the purpose of the work to be performed as opposed to either the manner by which the work is to be performed or based on broad and imprecise statements of work. Task Orders written under this IDIQ contract will be firm-fixed for the U.S. Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Administration Office of Logistics Management (A/LM). The base period of performance will be one year from date of award with three one-year options. The solicitation will require submission of a technical proposal, administrative proposal and price proposal. Evaluations and award will be on the most advantageous to the Government (Best Value), price and other factors considered. All questions concerning the Request for Proposal shall be received on or before 12 pm EST on Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Please submit questions related to the solicitation to Ms. Rosalind Hicks via email @ hicksrm2@state.gov and Ms. Kimberly Johnson via email @ johnsonkd2@state.gov. NO phone calls will be accepted. Proposals should be received by 12 Noon, EST on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, in accordance with section 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. TYPE OF CONTRACT The Government contemplates award of a Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contract for this requirement. The obligation of funds for the performance of services under this contract will be affected by the issuance of task orders.
