- Map of Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Jacksonville Delineated Area: For clarification, the delineated area is being described using the boundaries of the northern half and then the southern half. Northern Half : Starting at the intersection of I-95 and I-295, travel: South on I-95 to State Road (SR) 105; east on SR 105 to New Berlin Rd; north on New Berlin Rd to Cedar Point Rd; west on Cedar Point Rd to Alta Dr; south on Alta Dr to I-295; northwest on I-295 to I-95 (starting point). Southern Half : Starting at the intersection of I-295 and SR 105, travel: South on I-295 to Fort Caroline Rd; northwest on Fort Caroline Rd to Hartsfield Rd; south on Hartsfield Rd to SR 116; east on SR 116 to Monument Rd; north on Monument Rd to SR 105 across St. Johns River (note: Monument Rd does not actually cross St. Johns River); west on SR 105 to I-295 (starting point).
