THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 8 intends to award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1. This requirement is for the review, processing and monitoring of research protocols, including the informed consent process required by law. The Government intends to make a sole source award to The University of South Florida 4202 E Fowler Ave Tampa, FL 33620-9951 under NAICS Code 624221. The solicitation will not be posted.
