- This contract is for janitorial services for the Eureka Ranger Station (Rexford Ranger District) and the Murphy Lake Ranger Station (Fortine Ranger District) of the Kootenai National Forest. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals necessary to perform all work in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this contract. The janitorial work to be performed is located at the Eureka Ranger Station approximately 1 mile north of Eureka, Montana and the Murphy Lake Ranger Station approximately 2 miles south of Fortine, Montana. Janitorial services are required for the following buildings: (a) Eureka Ranger Station. (1) Main Office building #2007. This three level building consists of approximately 6,115 square feet of office space divided into thirteen rooms and 6 hallways. There is a carpeted Vestibule and Lobby. There are four restrooms, four entrances with 2 ramps, one elevator and a lift. Office areas, hallways, vestibule and interior stairway with lift are carpeted. Restrooms and snack area are vinyl floor covering. (2) Zone Engineering building #2022. This two level building consists of approximately 3,000 square feet. The office space is divided between the two floors with four entrances, one conference room, three bathrooms, and snack area. Majority of the flooring is carpet with vinyl flooring in the entrances and bathrooms. (3) Fire Warehouse building #2205. The warehouse area to be cleaned consists of the utility sink and one small bathroom (sink and toilet) only. (b) Murphy Lake Ranger Station. (1) Main Office building #2008. a) Top Level. The main floor area consists of approximately 7,000 square feet divided into nine rooms, three entry hallways and four restrooms. The flooring is vinyl, ceramic tile and low nape carpet. Conference room has a snack area with a 5' X 18.4' tiled area. b) Basement Section. This area consists of 2 concrete stairwells, carpeted exercise room with utility sink, a vinyl floored shower room (toilet, sink, one shower stall), and concrete floored hallway. (2) Shop building #2125. The shop area to be cleaned consists of the Restroom only. It has concrete floor with 1 toilet and separate utility sink. This contract is being solicited as a performance based commercial service contract. Performance based means the Contractor is responsible for an end product. If an end product is not provided, an adjustment to the payment will be made. A commercial item contract streamlines the terms and conditions to resemble those already used in the everyday marketplace. One award will be made. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than those specified and shall be submitted for all items. Quotes shall provide the following items in addition to price: 1) Quality Control Plan for monitoring and inspection of work; 2) Security Plan to secure facility and protect Government property; and 3) Past performance list of all contracts or experience in this work for the past 3 years including name and phone numbers of contacts (the Experience Questionnaire may be used to provide this information) ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (http://www.sam.gov) in order to receive an executed Purchase Order from this Solicitation.
