Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Solicitation number is: RFQ # VA262-14-Q-0192 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69.The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The VISN 22 Network Contracting Office (NCO) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price contract for Radiopharmaceutical Supplies to the offeror that represents the best value to the government. The period of performance shall be from January 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014. The Government will consider all proposals received by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Tuesday, December 17, 2013.
