- Sources Sought: This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a Sources Sought announcement in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $35,500,000.00. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum intends to procure Personal Property Shipping Office (PPSO) management and administrative services located at Fort Drum, NY under a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Principal PPSO services can be defined as the following: office management, office administrative tasks, and management of the trafficking and storage of personal property. The anticipated period of performance is likely to be a base period of twelve (12) months with two (2) one-year option periods and four (4) six-month option periods. PPSO services require daily operation on Fort Drum, NY. Responses shall include the following: -Small Business status under NAICS Code 561210 -DUNS Number -CAGE Code - Proof of registration in System for Award Management (SAM) -Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last three years and the company's capability to do this type of work -Revenue for the last three years Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought inquiry articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
