Description

The Syracuse VA Medical Center is seeking quotes to provide Satellite Television Services to the main medical center building located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210-2716. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month base period beginning on or about 4/1/2014 through 3/31/2015, with four (4) one (1) year option years. The Syracuse VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract to a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (NAICS Code 515210, Size Standard: $35.5 Million) that provides the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable proposal. The requirements for this procurement are specified in for Request for Quotes (RFQ) VA528-14-Q-0009 and accompanying solicitation documents. Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RFQ VA528-14-Q-0009. Offers are due Monday, January 13, 2014, 12:00PM EST. The solicitation package, along with any amendments and all clarifications and other notices related to this RFQ shall be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and shall reference Solicitation No. VA528-14-Q-0009. It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor the FBO website for any notices related to this solicitation. Requests for clarification regarding RFQ VA528-14-Q-0009 shall be submitted via email only to the Government's Contracting Officer (CO) no later than Monday January 6, 2014, 12:00PM EST. No telephone calls will be accepted. With respect to all matters relating to the RFQ for the subject procurement, only the Government's CO designated below shall have the authority to issue and amend the RFQ and award a Contract.
