- Attachment 2 (Pricing Schedule) A0007 Amendment 0007 Amendment 0007 (12-11-2013) Please see the attached Amendment 0007 for further details. Discussions are hereby closed. Offerors within the competitive range shall submit Final Proposal Revisions (FPRs) by 1:00 PM EST, Tuesday, December 17, 2013. FPRs shall be emailed to matthew.korn@dhs.gov. FPRs do not need to be uploaded to www.fbo.gov. ---------- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit offers in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) HSBP1013R0045 for Base Operations Support (BOS) Services at the Advanced Training Center (ATC) in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. This requirement will be procured as a competitive 8(a) set aside. The solicitation will result in a combination contract and contain three sections: (1) a firm fixed price section for the operations and maintenance (O&M), janitorial services, grounds maintenance services, snow and ice removal services, pest control services, and trash and hazardous waste removal services; (2) a section for minor repairs valued at or below the micro-purchase threshold; and, (3) an unfunded indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) section for major repairs and minor construction that exceed the micro-purchase threshold, but not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. All work shall be performed in accordance with the performance work statement and request for proposal that will be provided at time of solicitation issuance. The awarded contract will consist of a 12 month base period (up to 2 months for the initial transition-in period and 10 months for services) with four 12 month option periods. Total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed 60 months. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210. The Small Business size standard is $35.5 million. Offerors are encouraged to participate in the site visit to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the price of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. Potential offerors planning to attend the site visit are required to submit company name, individual's full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and last four digits of your social security number (SSN) in advance for access to the facility. One form of government issued picture identification shall be required to be shown upon arrival. Please submit the aforementioned information to Matt Korn via matthew.korn@dhs.gov no later than 10:00 AM EDT, July 3, 2013.
