- The RFP order will not be posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. If an interested party wishes to see the RFP, a copy will be made available upon request. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO ONLY THE CONTRACTOR UNDER N00164-11-G-GR94-0011 Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to issue a negotiated order (FFP) - DO-0011 for N00164-11-G-GR94 on a sole source basis to Teledyne Wireless, LLC,11361 Sunrise Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742-6532 for services and supplies to support the 10kW Traveling Wave Tube (TWT). These supplies and services are required to support the sustainment of the AEGIS and Non-AEGIS Microwave Tube (MWT) program. This next order will include: CLIN0001 - Major Repair of 10kW Traveling Wave Tube - Quantity 20 CLIN0002 - Data IAW Statement of Work This Order will be placed in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The delivery period of this order is three (3) years or 1,095 days. The basis for restricting competition was the lack of sufficient technical data, restricted software rights, duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirement through any other source. Since this is a sole source procurement, a solicitation will not be posted to the internet. Responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. This synopsis is issued to advertise the above requirements for N00164-11-G-GR94-0011 on a firm-fixed price basis. The Contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database located at www.sam.gov.
