- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Cheyenne Delineated Area: East: Whitney Rd, South: W and E College Dr, West: Interstate 25, North: 4 Mile Rd Note: Delineated area description must reflect verifiable boundaries that intersect to create an enclosed area. The delineated area must conform to applicable regulations and must not unreasonably restrict competition. Attach map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,690 ABOA (6,544 RSF) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,000 ABOA (6,900 RSF) Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved/ Secured): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The US General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 5,690 usable square feet of office and 14 surface parking spaces. The space will consist of class A office space, holding cells, interview rooms, and a Sally port. Offered space shall be in an existing building, within the delineated area to include: East: Whitney Rd, South: W and E College Dr, West: Interstate 25, North: 4 Mile Rd, Cheyenne, WY. In addition, ICE has a r equirement to be located in areas which are zoned as Industrial and/or commercial those are not within close proximity to residential or community centers. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register, or within a Historic district within the delineated area are encouraged to offer. All space must be windowed and contiguous on the second floor or above. The site MAY NOT be located in the 500 year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access. The site shall have easy and safe ingress and egress for motor vehicles. The building, space, and all parking must be accessible for the physically challenged in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS). Building space shall meet all fire and life safety and federal seismic requirements. The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm with completion of tenant improvements and occupancy by April 1, 2015 or sooner.
